This is a photograph of the GO( Government
of Ontario) transit implementation of this
design.These vehicles are now used all over
the U.S.A and Canada by different transit
authorities. Some of these applications
include: Cal Train in San Francisco Altimont
Commuter Express (ACE) in San Jose,
MetroLink in Los Angeles, The Coaster in San
Diego, Florida East coast,Vancouver and
others.
The radically new configuration of this vehicle
increased seating capacity by 24 passengers
while reducing weight and increasing
strength. This design established the new
state of the art” in the industry.

Client:Transit Performance Engineering
for CTA Description: Shook Design specified exterior and interior
design for CTA to request quotations from
train manufacturers. This train is designed
to secure passenger baggage check from
downtown Chicago to Chicago airports.
