This image
shows the assembly of an electric car. We made mold
models, molds, fiberglass parts and fabricated metal parts
for this assembly.
This series shows the process for making a clay model, a
mold and then a carbon fiber wheel cover.
Shook Design has the capability to digitize scale and full
size models to create CAD (Computer Aided Design) models
for prototyping, virtual testing, manufacturing or photo
realistic renderings. CAD models can also be used to create
physical models.
This series of images shows the complete process of
making a race car body. It starts with a full size Mold Model.
Fiberglass is laid up on this Mold Model to make a Fiberglass
mold. Then fiberglass is laid up inside the Mold to make the
final part which is finished, painted and assembled onto the
running chassis.
